Role Summary:

BeyondWater is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operational activities across the UAE. The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless installation, commissioning, servicing, logistics, inventory management, procurement coordination, and customer support for Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational and technical coordination experience in the HVAC, Water Treatment, Water Purification, Industrial Equipment, or MEP industry, with excellent customer relationship management skills and hands-on experience managing field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation, commissioning, and handover of AWG systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

- Lead field service teams and ensure timely resolution of service requests and technical issues.

- Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and high service standards.

- Build long-term customer relationships through proactive support and after-sales service.

- Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) for equipment, spare parts, consumables, and operational requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and cost-effective sourcing.

- Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure availability of critical spare parts and equipment.

- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, customs documentation, freight forwarding, and local logistics to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.

- Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs agents for efficient supply chain operations.

- Develop operational schedules, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.

- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

- Supervise field technicians and operational staff, ensuring effective resource planning, productivity, and adherence to service standards.

- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Job Essentials:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 8-10 years of experience in Operations, Service, or Project Management within the HVAC, Water Treatment, Water Purification, Industrial Equipment, MEP, or Engineering industry.

- Experience managing installation, servicing, logistics, procurement, and inventory functions.

- Strong understanding of supply chain, warehouse, and field service operations.

- Experience working in the UAE market with knowledge of local operational practices.

- Indian National with prior UAE work experience or currently based in Dubai.

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).

- Familiarity with import/export documentation and UAE logistics processes.
