Candidate Must understand and speak Portuguese Language!!

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including daily books, cash/banking, inter-company accounts, and receivable/payable management for Angola & EG.

- Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements, MIS reports, project cost analysis, and provide financial insights to management.

- Ensure taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and adherence to local laws and internal financial controls.

- Handle payroll, vendor management, import/export documentation, sales invoicing, and finance administration.

- Lead budgeting, cash-flow management, forecasting, and variance analysis for effective financial planning.

- Download and Drafting Bank Statement on Daily Basis

- Maintain Master sheet of Bank

- Processing Manual Request

- Processing Ad hoc debit/Credit requests

- Reconciliation and Review of Various type of Reconciliations

- Reconciliation and Review of Card Transactions

- Reconciliation and Review of Chargeback

- Preparation of Weekly and Monthly CBN (Central Bank of Nigeria) Report

Skills & Competencies

- Must understand and speak Portuguese

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management

- Experience in multi-location or international accounting

- Proficiency in MIS reporting and financial analysis

- Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance

- Strong cash flow and working capital management skills

- Ability to coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders

- High attention to detail and accuracy
