Description: Job Title: SaaS Marketing Manager Company: Kollecta Department: Marketing Location: Remote / Hybrid Role Overview: The Marketing Manager at Kollecta is a revenue-first role. This position exists to generate pipeline, accelerate growth, and position Kollecta as a credible, modern, enterprise-ready brand. Youll own demand generation execution, campaign performance, content activation, and marketing operationsworking closely with sales to convert interest into real opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Demand Generation & Revenue Growth: - Plan and execute high-intent inbound and outbound campaigns targeting mid-market and enterprise buyers - Drive MQL - SQL - Opportunity conversion in tight alignment with sales - Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for high-value target accounts - Optimize the full funnel for pipeline velocity and deal quality Campaign & Channel Management: - Own multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search, LinkedIn Ads, display, and retargeting - Build and manage nurture workflows for gated content, case studies, webinars, and product-led assets - Continuously improve landing pages, forms, and conversion rates (CRO is part of the job, not a side quest) Content & Brand: - Execute Kollectas content strategy: blogs, case studies, landing pages, sales enablement assets - Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and tone across all marketing touchpoints - Support thought leadership, partnerships, PR opportunities, and brand-building initiatives Marketing Operations & Automation: - Own CRM and marketing automation workflows (HubSpot or equivalent) - Maintain clean lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, and attribution logic - Ensure smooth marketing - sales handoff (no mystery leads, no finger-pointing) Performance, Analytics & Reporting: - Track and report on core KPIs: leads, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, ROI - Analyze channel performance and optimize spend based on impact - Present monthly insights and recommendations to leadership KPIs Youll Be Measured On: - Marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline - MQL - SQL - Opportunity conversion rates - Cost per lead (CPL) and CAC efficiency - Campaign ROI and pipeline velocity - Website conversion rate and engagement quality Required Qualifications: - 4-7 years of experience in B2B marketing (services, SaaS, or enterprise preferred) - Proven experience running demand generation or growth campaigns - Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset - Experience working closely with sales and revenue teams Preferred (Nice to Have): - Experience with ABM, intent data, or enterprise sales cycles - Exposure to long sales cycles and high-ACV deals - Comfort operating in fast-growing or scale-up environments What Success Looks Like at Kollecta? - Marketing consistently generates qualified, sales-ready pipeline - Campaigns are measured, optimized, and tied to revenue outcomes - Sales trusts marketing (yes, it can happen) - Kollectas brand feels credible, differentiated, and growth-focused
