Role - Genesys Presales.  Travelling- Yes  Exp: 8 to 11 years  Location - Pune / Bangalore   IC Role  Job description: -  A Contact Center Presales Solutioning professional with prior hands on experience in Genesys SIP, eServices, IWD, GMS, Cisco Contact Centers and/or Avaya Aura.  - Understanding of cloud concepts.  - Good interpersonal Skills & ability to handle competency presentations, customer meetings, e2e RFP Cycles including technical Solutioning, Effort Estimations, Defense, Value Propositions, Cost Benefit Analysis.  - Do High Level architecting /Solutioning for the RFPs.  - Good presentation Skills.  - Mentor/train/assist Project teams from technical perspective  - Conduct & facilitate trainings   - Genesys & Cisco Labs + Build Proof of concepts   - Energize Sales/Internal teams with Trends & concepts in CCT-IVR industry  - Do Campaigns at regional level based on very good understanding of the market.
