We are hiring a Consumer Insights Manager to lead strategic research and insights initiatives for Hindustan Times, India's leading news brand. The role spans Print and Digital and requires strong research fundamentals, cross-functional collaboration, and a modern, AI-enabled insights mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Insights & Measurement for B2B Ad Sales
- Lead Brand Lift Studies (BLS) and Feed-Forward Studies for client campaigns across Digital, Print, and Events/IPRs.
- Deliver data-backed insights to strengthen client pitches, category narratives, and campaign evaluations.
- Build and maintain a Central Insights Repository for all primary research.
2. Consumer Research
- Drive customized consumer research initiatives that support brand strategy
- Lead continuous research tracks including NPS, Brand Trackers, Readership & Perception Studies.
- Collaborate with top-tier research agencies and internal stakeholders.
3. AI-Driven Insights Using HT Media's Patented AICOS
- Use AICOS, HT Media's proprietary AI solution, to generate sharper, faster insights.
- Integrate AI outputs (e.g., sentiment, creative diagnostics, attention analytics, predictive insights) into client reports.
- Identify opportunities to apply emerging AI tools (GenAI, automation, NLP) to enhance research processes, dashboards, and insight storytelling.
- Act as an internal advocate for AI-led decisioning within the Insights function.
