Position: Consulting / Presales Specialist Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM).
Location: Bengaluru, India.
Type: Full-Time.

Role Description:
This role combines technical consulting, solution design, and sales enablement bridging the gap between customer needs and product capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management Cloud (or Data Center).
- Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes, ticketing workflows, and automation design.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
- Experience in conducting product demos and building POCs.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps (ScriptRunner, Insight, etc.) is desirable.
- Atlassian certifications (ACP-400, ACP-420, or equivalent) will be a strong plus.
