Role Overview:As a Consultant/Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end executive search/leadership assignments, working closely with clients to understand their leadership needs and identifying top-tier candidates. You will collaborate with a team of experienced Partners, consultants and researchers, contributing to the firm's continued growth and success. This role directly impacts our clients' ability to secure exceptional leadership talent, driving their strategic objectives and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end executive search/leadership assignments for clients, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their organizational culture, strategic goals, and leadership requirements.
- Conduct in-depth research and market mapping to identify potential candidates for leadership roles.
- Evaluate and assess candidates through rigorous screening, interviewing, and assessment processes.
- Present qualified candidates to clients, providing comprehensive profiles and insights.
- Facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, managing communication and logistics.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Contribute to the firm's knowledge base by sharing insights, best practices, and market intelligence.
Required Skillset:- 1-3 years of experience in executive search or leadership hiring
- Experience in working with leadership hiring teams or Research arms of Egon Zehnder, Korn Ferry, Spencer Stuart, or similar retained search firms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong in mapping and headhunting
