The opening is with our prestigious Client a leading name in - Management Consulting- for Dubai Location- who is looking to hire - Consultants and Sr Consultant Sharing a brief about the client along with overview of the requirement: - Looking for candidates with min 2-8 years experience in only - Management Consulting experience. It's a Strategy driven role hence operational and knowledge services will not fit the role. - We are looking for candidates to work with clients through all stages of strategy-based transformation projects. - Provide support on client assignments that help to develop a strategy and then refocus an organization on making that strategy a reality. - Consult with clients to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients' strategic and operating success by developing insight, conducting independent analysis, and meeting with clients to assure assignment progress. - Develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, assist in client presentations and provide implementation assistance as required. Construct the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment. Other aspects- 1. Any industry will do except pharma (Telecom, Consumer, BFSI, manufacturing etc) 2. Job location: Dubai but they will work projects across gulf, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Oman etc. 3. Compensation will be lucrative 4. Only Tier 1 MBA. Experienced Professional candidate will typically have: - Undergraduate degree from a top tier university - MBA or other postgraduate degree from a top tier university - Between 4-10 years of professional experience, gained in a top strategy consulting organization or in a combination of both blue chip corporate businesses and top strategy consulting firms - Experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus Telecommunications and Media, Energy, Financial Services, Public Sector, Transportation, Information Technology and Healthcare - A demonstrated rapid career progression and a strong track record within the current organization - Flexibility and commercialism to manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a dynamic and results oriented environment - Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. - Excellent analytical skills with the capability to perform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses, imagination and creativity, judgment and maturity, curiosity, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, high energy level, professional integrity, and demonstrated leadership.
