Role Overview

We are hiring for one of the BIG4 for Consultant level with 3+ years of hands-on experience in cost optimization, value creation, and operational transformation. The role requires a strong strategic mindset backed by practical execution experience, with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute cost optimization and value creation projects across industries

- Support and deliver Operational Due Diligence (ODD) engagements, including diagnostics, analysis, and implementation support

- Drive EBITDA improvement initiatives, from opportunity identification to execution and impact tracking

- Design and implement process / operational transformation programs to enhance efficiency and profitability

- Work closely with senior client stakeholders to identify improvement levers and build actionable business cases

- Conduct data-driven analysis to quantify impact, track benefits, and ensure value realization

- Contribute to project structuring, problem-solving, and solution design with a balance of strategy and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA (Mandatory)

3+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles

Strong experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Cost Optimization

- Value Creation / Value Enhancement

- Operational Due Diligence

- EBITDA Improvement / Implementation

- Process / Operational Transformation

- Proven track record of executing end-to-end projects, not limited to strategy formulation

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments

Preferred Profile:

- Background in consulting firms, transformation teams, or strategy/operations roles

- Experience delivering quantifiable impact (cost savings, margin improvement, productivity gains)

- Candidates with exposure to multi-industry projects will be preferred
