Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on U.S. international tax laws affecting cross-border transactions.
- Research and evaluate complex U.S. international tax issues and prepare well-supported legal analyses.
- Assist clients with Inbound U.S. Tax matters.
- Assist clients with Outbound U.S. Tax matters.
- Conduct legal research involving the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, IRS guidance, tax treaties, and relevant case law.
- Draft technical tax opinions, legal analyses, client correspondence, and advisory reports.
- Review or prepare U.S. international tax compliance filings.
- Support U.S. tax planning projects involving multinational businesses, foreign-owned U.S. entities, and U.S. persons with foreign investments.
- Prepare technical articles, publications, and educational content on U.S. international tax developments.
- Stay current with legislative, regulatory, and IRS developments affecting U.S. international taxation.
Required Educational Qualifications:
- LL.M. or masters in international taxation.
- Law degree with specialization in Tax or International Tax.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enrolled Agent Certification.
- U.S. Certified Public Accountant.
Location: Remote
Timings: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST
