A leading BIG4 firm is hiring for a Consultant - Tangible Asset Valuation role in India.

Location: India

Experience: 2+ years

Qualification: Post-Graduation mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute tangible asset valuation engagements across industries and asset classes.

- Valuation of PP&E, Plant & Machinery, Machinery & Equipment and other fixed assets.

- Apply Cost, Market and Income Approaches.

- Perform DRC, RCN and obsolescence analysis.

- Support PPA under ASC 805, Fair Value Measurement under ASC 820 and impairment testing under ASC 360.

- Conduct market research, benchmarking and asset-specific analysis.

- Develop/review valuation models, assumptions and calculations.

- Prepare valuation reports and client deliverables.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams and review junior team members' work.

Ideal Candidate:

Candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience in Tangible Asset Valuation, Fixed Asset Valuation, Valuation Advisory or Transaction Advisory. Hands-on experience in PP&E/tangible asset valuation and knowledge of ASC 820, ASC 805, ASC 360, Cost Approach, Market Approach, DRC/RCN, depreciation and obsolescence would be preferred.
