We are looking for a Talent Management Consultant to join our growing Talent Development team. At Sprinklr, we believe in investing in our people personally and professionally. You'll work closely with a team focused on bringing unique and innovative training and learning experiences to our team members around the globe. In this role, you will partner with the broader Talent Development team. What you'll do : Talent Management (25%) : - Manage Talent programs tightly to drive closure and completion within the Talent team - Proactively partner with stakeholders to identify and eliminate any barriers to execution - Understand metrics that drive results and track both lead and lag measures internally as well as externally. Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings. - Manage communications, participation and reporting for Sprinklr Core programs - Work in collaboration with HR business partners and business leaders to generate insights to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the enterprise and within individual lines of businesses Organization Development (25%): - Lead design, development and delivery of culture enhancing initiatives - Project manage new APJI level initiatives according to change management requirements - Monitor feedback and strive for quality and excellence in all aspects of delivery - Support the development and implementation of talent programs and processes that grow organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management and employee experience Analytics and Reporting (25%): - Reporting insights and data to ensure timely action by all constituents - Be the source of truth for Talent Development team - Collaborate with key partners to learn and create a refined overall dashboard and improve the quality and insights of metrics tracked Learning Design and Facilitation (25%) - Actively contribute to the implementation of learning curriculum and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward-looking enterprise needs, employee development plans and individual line of business objectives Support local and global on boarding processes. - Deliver Business relevant learning with highly developed facilitation skills What You'll Learn? - Pace and performing in a dynamic global hyper growth technology organization - Design and deployment of Change initiatives, learning journeys and culture campaigns - Exposure to building a learning culture Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified: - You enjoy studying what creates strong cultures in companies, and applying it to the role - You're a self-starter, have a strong sense of commitment, and a professional demeanour. - You are detail oriented and organized - You have excellent digital literacy and experience in office tools - You have the ability to evaluate complex information. - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and analytical skills. Education and Experience: - The successful incumbent will be a key partner to the Human Resources Business Partner to assess, develop, implement, and address talent needs for India and other teams globally during a time of growth in an effort to improve performance and promote the organization's culture. - Postgraduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute with 10+ years of experience in the area of talent management and leadership development in a complex, forward thinking and sophisticated environment with a diverse and geographically dispersed set of businesses
