
Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Talent Acquisition Consultant - Non-Technology to manage end-to-end hiring for entry to mid-level non-tech roles across functions such as Operations Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Support, and Business roles. This role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver quality talent in fast-paced hiring environments.
Key Responsibilities
Non-Tech Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for entry to mid-level non-technical roles, including:
- Sales & Business Development
- Marketing & Digital Marketing
- Operations & Supply Chain
- Finance & Accounting
- HR, Admin & Support functions
- Customer Success / Customer Support
- Develop a clear understanding of role requirements, competencies, and behavioral fit.
- Conduct structured screening interviews to assess experience, skill alignment, and cultural fit.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback management, and offer support.
- Execute sourcing strategies using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and passive sourcing.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring business and support roles.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Partner with hiring managers or clients to understand workforce needs, hiring timelines, and success profiles.
- Provide insights on market availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends for non-tech roles.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a positive and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Communicate clearly on process timelines, interview feedback, and next steps.
- Maintain long-term candidate relationships for future hiring needs.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM and ensure process compliance.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline status, interview-to-offer ratios, and closures.
- Support employer branding initiatives, hiring campaigns, and bulk hiring drives when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-6 years of experience in non-tech recruitment, HR consulting, staffing, or corporate TA roles.
- Experience hiring for entry to mid-level business, sales, support, and corporate roles.
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in deadline-driven environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
- Recruitment or HR certifications are a plus.
