Responsibilities: - Job posting, Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify and source IT professionals using a variety of recruitment platforms and job portals like Linkedin and Wellfound. - Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Shortlist qualified candidates based on their technical skills, experience, and suitability for specific client roles. - Candidate Management & Interview Coordinations: Coordinate and schedule shortlisted candidates interviews, take strong and pro active follow-ups to ensure candidates are well engaged with us.
