These programs are based on Proprietary Content and Delivery Models that would differentiate a ThinkLink program through significant enhancement of the skill levels of the target audiences. We need a dynamic professional to lead the design and development of these Learning initiatives from Needs Assessment through to content development and delivery. These programs will focus on continuous professional development and early career skill development in the areas of supply chain, logistics and operations management. The candidate should demonstrate passion for high quality, innovation and creativity in structuring the delivery of the Learning Program keeping in mind the principles of adult learning.  Our ideal candidate will support the following key areas of work –  - Interact with the program lead / clients to understand the requirements and deliverables  - Set goals, standards and content strategy for a program keeping in mind the existing competencies (knowledge, skills, behavior) of the target audiences  - Set-up and standardize the process and best practices for development of different types of content i.e. WBT, ILT or blended  - Manage a team of Analysts and/or instruction designers for the development of program design and learning objects e.g. case studies, videos, exercises, ppts etc.  - Work closely with the subject matter experts to provide them an in depth understanding of the program deliverables, design and structure.  - Guide the Analyst to search relevant content online and adopting it to the requirement of the program.  - Lead the complete development cycle from design to creation of media while closely coordinating with the SME, instruction designer and graphic designer.  - Monitor and manage the entire project in a time bound manner, plan for adequate resources or part outsourcing to ensure timely delivery  - Exercise quality control at every logical step.  - Set up process for assessment and training of trainers  - Contribute to, Support and Manage Delivery of Programs  - Capture live feedback from the audience and trainers to improve the quality of content and delivery.  - Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of the programs  While the candidate should be good in strategizing and laying down the overall structure, he/she should be keen to get hands dirty as is required in a young team.  Education Requirements  Master in Business Administration from a reputed college with specialization in Operations Management / Supply Chain Management  Experience Requirements  - Overall experience 8+ years  - Previous experience in Consulting, Driving operational programs through Change Management , or Learning and Development   - Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations experience is mandatory  - Passion for the job will be CRITICAL and a MUST HAVE  Personal Characteristics  - Result Driven and Proactive  - Hard Working and Confident  - High on Integrity  - Willingness to “do what it takes”  - Passionate about creating value and impact for the client  - Impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach  - Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities  - Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.  - An effective leader, with the vision and direction to inspire teams for performance.  To apply please write with an updated CV, current location and current compensation details
