Function: Supply Chain | Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end Supply Chain analytics and transformation initiatives across business functions

- Define, standardize, and monitor KPIs across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Inventory

- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

- Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to identify operational gaps, trends, and optimization opportunities

- Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand reporting and insight requirements

- Partner with Data Engineering teams for data modeling, ETL workflows, data transformations, and quality checks

- Ensure governance, performance, accuracy, and scalability of dashboards and semantic models

- Work with data from Snowflake, SAP, and other enterprise systems to generate actionable business insights

- Document KPI definitions, business logic, data lineage, and reporting standards

- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4-6 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, BI, or Operations Analytics roles

- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and operations

- Hands-on expertise in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric or modern cloud-based BI platforms

- Strong SQL skills with experience on Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses

- Experience with ETL/data pipeline tools such as ADF, Informatica, Talend, Matillion, or equivalent

- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions

- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to data lake/lakehouse architectures

- Working knowledge of Python for analysis or data validation

- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or large-scale Supply Chain environments

- Understanding of data governance, access management, and audit compliance

- Ability to manage multiple reporting and analytics requests simultaneously
