About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategy & Consulting Consultant to join our team and help shape the future of digital transformation for our clients. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and strategic thinking skills along with deep domain expertise in industries such as banking, healthcare, manufacturing, telecom, or retail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market and industry research to inform strategy development and technology roadmaps

- Develop business cases, transformation plans, and implementation strategies for large-scale IT initiatives

- Collaborate with internal technical teams to align business strategies with Digital and s Data solutions

- Support in running workshops and strategic discussions with client stakeholders and senior leadership

- Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and support strategic recommendations

- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the relevant domain

- Support in developing GTM activities including marketing, analyst releations and point of views

Required Qualifications:

- MBA or Equivalent degree in IT, Marketing, Fianace from Premier business institutes. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.

- 7-10 years of experience in management consulting, IT consulting, or corporate strategy roles

- Proven experience delivering consulting engagements within an IT services or digital transformation context

- Strong domain knowledge in at least one industry sector (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing)

- Solid understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud, analytics, AI/ML, and emerging technologies

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
