Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive statutory audits for large-scale enterprises to ensure financial statements are free from material misstatement and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze complex financial data and accounting treatments to provide accurate insights to client leadership, facilitating better risk management and financial governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engagement teams to manage audit timelines, documentation, and reporting deliverables, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Interpret and apply IFRS and GAAP standards to client-specific scenarios, resolving technical accounting queries to maintain consistency in financial reporting.
- Communicate audit findings and control deficiencies to senior client stakeholders, offering constructive recommendations to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in Statutory Audit, Financial Reporting, and the application of IFRS and GAAP frameworks to complex business transactions.
- Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of identifying risks and proposing effective solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with client management and articulate complex financial concepts with clarity.
- Maintain a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, reflecting a solid foundation in accounting principles and professional ethics.
- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, balancing independent task management with collaborative team efforts to meet stringent audit deadlines.
