Job Overview:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Advisory Specialist with expertise in handling large-scale government transactions in India.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in financial modeling, public-private partnerships (PPP), project structuring, and regulatory frameworks.

- This role requires a deep understanding of government procurement processes, policy advisory, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Transaction Structuring: Lead the structuring and execution of transactions, including PPPs, privatizations, and infrastructure investments, ensuring compliance with government regulations.

- Financial & Commercial Advisory: Provide strategic financial insights, conduct feasibility studies, and develop business models for government-backed projects.

- Bid Process Management: Manage end-to-end bid processes, including request for proposal (RFP) development, evaluation of bids, and contract negotiation.

- Regulatory & Policy Compliance: Navigate and interpret government policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements affecting transactions.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with government agencies, multilateral organizations, investors, and private sector participants to facilitate seamless transactions.

- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify financial, operational, and legal risks associated with government transactions and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Due Diligence & Valuation: Conduct financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and economic impact assessments for government projects.

- Project Financing & Investment Advisory: Assist in structuring project financing, including debt/equity financing, and engage with investors to secure funding.

- Market Research & Policy Advisory: Provide insights into sectoral trends, policy changes, and investment opportunities to support government decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, consulting, or project finance, with a focus on government projects.

- Strong knowledge of Indian government procurement rules, PPP frameworks, and sector-specific policies (e. , infrastructure, energy, transportation).

- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk assessment.

- Experience in working with government bodies such as NITI Aayog, Ministry of Finance, and regulatory authorities is preferred.
