TPM & Manufacturing Excellence - 3+ years - Gurugram/Bangalore

Summary:

We are looking for professionals with strong hands-on experience in TPM, Manufacturing Excellence, Lean Manufacturing and Operations Transformation. The role involves working with manufacturing organisations to improve OEE, productivity, reliability, quality, cost and asset utilisation through practical shop-floor interventions.

Location:

Kolkata / Gurugram / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Chennai. Extensive travel to client manufacturing sites across India and overseas.

A Management Consulting / Operations Transformation organisation working with leading manufacturing companies across sectors such as Metals & Mining, Chemicals, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Engineering, Paper, Textiles and Industrial Manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct plant diagnostics to identify opportunities in OEE, productivity, cost, quality, reliability and asset utilisation.

- Design and implement TPM pillars, especially Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Kobetsu Kaizen and Quality Maintenance.

- Drive OEE improvement, loss analysis, equipment reliability and productivity improvement initiatives.

- Facilitate Kaizen, RCA, Why-Why Analysis, FMEA, SMED, 5S and Lean/Six Sigma projects.

- Train and coach operators, maintenance teams and plant leadership, while managing project KPIs, change initiatives and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical or related engineering discipline.

- Consultant: 3 - 5 years of experience; Senior Consultant: 6 - 10 years of experience.

- Strong hands-on experience in TPM implementation, manufacturing operations, maintenance, reliability or industrial engineering.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE, Kaizen, RCA, FMEA, SMED, 5S and VSM.

- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. CMRP / Lean Six Sigma / JIPM TPM certification is an advantage.
