Experience:

Consultant: 1.5+ years in consulting / strategy roles

Senior Consultant: 2.5+ years in consulting / strategy roles

About the Role

We are looking for professionals to join our Strategy Consulting Practice with a focus on the Energy sector. The role involves working with leading Indian energy clients across power, renewables, oil & gas, and emerging clean energy domains. You will drive commercial due diligence, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, growth strategy, and transformation projects to help clients solve their most pressing business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead or support commercial due diligence engagements, including market assessment, financial modeling, and risk/opportunity identification

- Develop and implement GTM strategies to drive market entry, product launches, and revenue growth for energy sector clients

- Structure and deliver growth strategy roadmaps for clients across renewable energy, oil & gas, and power sectors

- Work closely with CXOs and senior client stakeholders in Indian energy companies to deliver actionable insights

- Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and market sizing to support strategic recommendations

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Consulting experience with exposure to energy sector projects in India

- Expertise in commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and GTM planning

- Strong analytical skills, including financial and business modeling

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong business acumen with interest in energy transition and sustainability

Qualifications

MBA from a Tier-1 B-School (IIMs/ISB/FMS/XLRI/MDI, etc.)

Prior experience in strategy consulting, Big 4, or energy sector advisory preferred
