Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the industry. Develop and execute strategies to onboard new accounts and establish long-lasting business relationships with our existing accounts.
- CXO Engagement: Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers within client organizations. Understand their business needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions along with other value added services.
- Business Development: Drive sales and business development activities to achieve revenue targets. Develop a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Alliance Building and Key Account Management: Build and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with industry associations, key players, and relevant stakeholders.
- End-to-End Recruitment: The roles that you pick up from the clients, you yourself are responsible to close those roles via digging into our internal network, Social media posts, pointed head hunting, job portal advertisements, generating referrals etc. You will lead the entire recruitment process from client consultation to candidate placement. It is your job to provide our clients with top notch talent who are also tailor made for their culture and growth stage.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities within the industry.
The Successful Applicant:
- You are a MBA from a premier institute.
- You have least 3-6 years of experience with a proven track record of success in your current role.
- We are specifically looking to hire bright talent with experience in either - B2B Sales, Consultative Selling, Business Development or Recruitment Consulting.
- You thrive in a fast paced environment and are driven to succeed.
