We are urgently hiring for a Consultant / Senior Consultant (HR Solution Sales) for one of our reputed clients in Mumbai. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with enterprise clients and HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow revenue from existing accounts and acquire new clients.

- Engage with HR Heads, TA Heads, L&D Leaders, CHROs, CEOs/CXOs.

- Lead end-to-end B2B sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closures.

- Provide consultative insights on HR Assessment & Talent Solutions.

- Build success stories and expand presence across sectors.

Desired Experience:

- Strong background in B2B enterprise sales, hunting & account management.

- Proven record of achieving revenue targets.

- Strong network with C-suite & senior HR leaders.

- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
