The role of HR Consultant/ Sr. Consultant will include: Client Delivery: - Basis the project deployment, ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones - Leads or supports client delivery meetings/ workshops/ reviews etc - Support project management (PMO) of the ongoing projects and engage with clients directly whenever necessary Business Development: - Generate leads from own network and other sources (market development activities) for new business opportunities - Support in business development meetings with existing and prospect clients - Prepare approach notes, client proposals, draft agreements/contracts etc as per the project requirement Marketing &amp; Knowledge Creation: - Write case studies and articles for marketing initiatives and share it on social media - Manage company's social media platform independently - Perform research and analytics to create upcoming solutions/ concept note/ point of view for different industry sector Please note - 8 - 12 LPA - The CTC range which is mentioned is only fixed CTC. Apart from that we have annual variable pay which is payable at the end of financial year as per company's variable pay policy
