Job Responsibilities - - Assess international/national sector strategies and develop strategic recommendations to support policy making for institutional clients. - Assist in policy development around ICT, e-governance strategies and technology driven governance solutions. - Assist in developing services sector strategies for Governments and institutional agencies in the Latin and Central American region. - Provide research and analytical support around region specific intelligence covering macro-economic, sectoral trends, competitor information, industry analysis, financial information, qualitative and quantitative information assessments. - Develop research reports, financial business cases, data and risk models and strategies for growth. General Requirements -&nbsp; - Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze and report on unstructured data and information based on project or business team requirements. - Leverage deep subject matter knowledge in areas of interest to lend additional credibility to project teams and add value to projects. - Actively engage with prospective clients and generate new leads for the company. - Assist in delivering Consulting projects onsite and remotely while working under tight deliverable schedules and quality expectations. - Assist in developing responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Financial Models, Risk Models, and Strategies. - Support intellectual capital development in new consulting growth areas and develop industry/sector/ geographic specific trend reports and whitepapers. - Help define project scope, goals and deliverables. Education, Experience & Other Requirements -&nbsp; - MBA from a premier (Tier-1/2) B-School - Consulting experience - at least X years for Consultant, and X years for Senior Consultant position - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, quantitative and data interpretation skills. - Understanding of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Outsourcing (ITO) environment and the global IT landscape. - Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal (English), with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives. - Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and manage multiple critical initiatives at the same time. - Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones/ geographies. - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point). - Language skills esp. Spanish will be an added advantage. - Knowledge of Pivots and Macros will be an asset. - Project Management Certification will be an asset.
