Geo to be supported: US/UK/ROW/Across geos/Other

Work timings: General / Based on client requirements

Roles & responsibilities:

- We are looking for individuals with 4-12 years of FS consulting experience across multiple levels.

- Candidates with an experience in any one of the Financial Industry (Banking/Capital Market/ Asset Management/Wealth management)

Required to work on diverse engagements for financial services clients.

Nature of the projects include:

- Process optimization, operational excellence & transformation across the value chain - front office, middle office and back office

- Design and implementation of target operating model transformations (systems, processes, controls etc.)

- Technology enabled Digital transformation

- Business Analysts with Banking/FS domain experience

- Strong communication skills and confidence in leading workshops directly with Regional Market Leads, Business Service Owners, and IT Architects from different regions

- BI/Visualization expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

- Good to have working knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, Workiva, Signavio, Aris, Visio or exposure to the Financial Services industry

- Aspiration to learn new tools and technologies.

Educational qualifications & Work Experience:

- MBA in Finance from Tier 1 / 2 College

- Chartered Accountants / CFA

- Overall experience of about 3 - 12 Years

- Experience in Financial Services (Banking , Cap Markets)

Preferred technical & functional skills:

- Data Governance, Lineage, and related skills

- Financial Regulatory & Statutory reporting experience (US & UK Geography) with relevant reporting tools knowledge

- Candidates with Big4 or consulting experience to optimize cost

Key behavioral attributes/requirements:

- Excellent business communication skills

- Other skills include effort estimation, pre-sales support, project planning, conduct trainings for clients / internal staff

- Ability to build strong business relationship with internal and external stakeholders

- Strong verbal, written and data presentation skills.
