Job Description - Consultant/Senior Consultant (CA Qualified)

Qualification: Chartered Accountancy Qualified

Experience: 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience

Deployment: Immediate

Contractual-2 months

Note: No commitment for permanent absorption post completion of contract.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements for listed companies

- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards including disclosure requirements

- Manage financial reporting timelines and support period-end closure activities

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial data consolidation and reporting

- Handle multiple reporting deliverables with strong project management skills

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial statements

- Support audit requirements and resolve reporting-related queries

Required Skills:

- Strong working knowledge of standalone and consolidated financial statements

- Sound understanding of Ind AS and disclosure requirements

- Excellent stakeholder management skills

- Strong project management and communication abilities

- Ability to work under strict reporting deadlines

- Flexible to extend working hours during critical reporting periods as required

Candidate Profile:

- CA qualified professional with relevant listed company reporting experience

- Able to join immediately or within short notice period

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
