The Role specification:
- Identify Clients as a part of the outreach program to connect and establish a relationship with them
- Convince Clients to a Team meeting / Face to Face meeting with the Head of the Business with a targeted approach
- Oversee and manage monthly invoice correspondence between professional consultants and internal finance team
- Manage professionals and few active clients (pre- and on-going active engagements) by the team and service them on their requirement/s
- Monitor and engage on a regular basis with the Client and Professionals to ensure this engagement is fruitful for both
- Collect regular feedback from both - active Client and Professional/s on the project to ensure there are no underlying issues
- Location: Bangalore
Minimum Experience Criteria
- Interested professional will have to be based out of Bangalore to be able to contribute towards this role
- Exceptional written and verbal English is key for this role
- An experience range of 2-5 years would be relevant to fulfil this role as it would require independent functioning of managing professionals and client accounts.
- A management degree related to Sales, Marketing or Human Resources would be highly advantageous
