This opportunity forms part of the firm's core consulting practice in India, focused on high-impact client engagements that address strategic, operational, and transformational priorities. As a Senior Associate/Consultant, you will be a key member of project teams, helping clients achieve breakthrough performance by framing complex business challenges, conducting rigorous analysis, developing actionable strategies, and partnering with senior client leaders to drive measurable, sustained results-particularly in domains such as product innovation, digital transformation, corporate finance, and treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and structure the critical issues facing clients using hypothesis-driven problem-solving and strategic frameworks.
- Lead detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate actionable insights and shape high-value recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and engage directly with client executives to validate hypotheses, refine solutions, and present compelling recommendations.
- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and knowledge-building in priority areas including product strategy, digital initiatives, corporate finance, and treasury/cash management operations.
- Support senior leadership in client development activities, including opportunity identification and proposal shaping.
- Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate implementation and ensure lasting client impact.
Your Background:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a premier Tier-1 institution.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in product management, front-end investment banking, corporate finance, treasury operations, corporate treasury, or digital transformation roles.
- Professional experience gained in high-performance environments within leading technology companies, investment banks, commercial banks, private equity firms, or innovative fintech/consumer platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving ability, excellent communication and influencing skills, and comfort operating in dynamic, client-facing settings.
The role is based in New Delhi (Gurgaon), Mumbai, or Bangalore. This is a full-time permanent position directly with the consulting firm, offering significant opportunities for accelerated career advancement.
