Consultant - SAP S/4HANA FICO - Manufacturing

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to support and optimize SAP finance processes. The role will involve SAP FICO implementation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day SAP S/4HANA support for finance functions, including solutioning, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Configure SAP FI/GL, AP, AR, AA, New GL and CO modules.

- Work on Product Costing and COPA.

- Design and implement SAP FICO solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and prepare functional documentation.

- Troubleshoot issues, identify process improvements, and collaborate with MM, SD, PP and other teams for integrated solutions.

- Develop and execute testing, including Unit, Integration and UAT testing.

- Provide training and support to end users.

- Develop reports and analytics using SAP tools and ensure data accuracy.

- Participate in project planning, status meetings, governance and change management activities.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or a related field.

Experience:

- 10+ years of relevant SAP FICO experience.

- Minimum 2 implementations of SAP in a manufacturing organization.

- Strong experience in SAP FI/GL, AP, AR, AA, New GL and CO.

- Hands-on experience with SAP CO, including Product Costing and COPA.

- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Technical Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO and S/4HANA Finance.

- Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD and PP.

- Basic understanding of ABAP debugging is desirable.

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and SAP configuration.

Domain Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of financial accounting practices in the manufacturing industry.

- Knowledge of Indian tax regulations, including GST and TDS, in SAP FICO.

Nice to Have:

- SAP S/4HANA FICO certification.

- Experience with other SAP modules or related technologies.

- Experience working in a global manufacturing environment.
