Can interpret data in context of industry and company specific issues SAP S4 Functional skills : - SAP S4 HANA expertise in MM/SD/PP/QM/FI/CO/MDG/IBP/WM - Direct solution decisions to complex Client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape and throughout the project/program lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise in atleast one or more modules (MM/SD/PP/QM/FI/CO/MDG/IBP/WM )with a strong strategic awareness within SAP market and associated technologies - Working as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and supporting Solutions for end to end RFP proposals - Engaging with Clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet their goals - Direct interaction with customers to translate business requirements into solutions - Creating innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings - Supporting our Business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for SAP transformations - Responsible for integration with different ERP Solutions including SAP and create Proof of Concepts as and when required - Lead client delivery SAP S4 HANA engagement Client and Project Management - Has strong project management skills and can own project management for module / part of a project - Works on client site with minimal supervision and prepare project documentation - Can talk to clients & stakeholders independently both onshore and onsite Communication - Has very strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidently communicates and articulates. Identifies, escalates, tracks and resolves issues in a timely manner - Japanese Language Expert, JLPT N3/N2/N1 Certified - Has very strong deck writing skills. Can make a crisp deck with a compelling storyline - Makes presentation to the client, may lead some presentations. Qualifications: - MBA Preferred (Tier - ) but not mandatory; 3 - 8 years of Experience in SAP S4 HANA experience in at least one or more modules (MM/SD/PP/QM/FI/CO/MDG/IBP/WM) Experience: - Must have worked on at least 2-3 large scale transformation/implementation delivery programs for global clients - Must have worked as end to end Solution / Functional Architect for at least 3-4 RFP Proposals - Experience in Consumer Goods Industry is highly preferrable - Should have been in client facing roles for 3-4 engagements - Good communication skills are a must with capability to drive and lead requirement gathering, design workshops with client stakeholders. Key Competencies and Skills: SAP skills: - SAP S/4 HANA delivery experience and in-depth functional solution knowledge in in atleast one or more modules (MM/SD/PP/QM/FI/CO/MDG/IBP/WM ) - Consulting Experience in SAP Customization and Implementation is must, especially in Business scoping, assessment and planning (Blueprinting, Business case creation, Business Process Redesign etc.) - Hands-on experience in S4 HANA is a must - Exposure or experience in New wave SAP Other Skills: - Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities - Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
