Role Overview:

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing financial accounting and controlling solutions for our global clientele. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their financial processes, translating requirements into robust SAP FICO configurations, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and systems. Your contributions will directly enhance financial reporting accuracy, streamline operations, and support critical business decision-making, driving significant impact on our clients' bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices.

- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders, to meet specific client requirements.

- Design and implement financial reporting solutions leveraging SAP HANA capabilities, providing real-time insights and advanced analytics for strategic financial planning.

- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and re-engineering workshops with client finance teams, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the SAP landscape.

- Develop and execute detailed test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate system functionality and ensure data integrity.

- Provide expert guidance and training to end-users and client teams, fostering self-sufficiency and maximizing the adoption of SAP FICO solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, other SAP module consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery and seamless system integration.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP FICO issues, providing timely and effective support to maintain system stability and performance.

Required Skillset:

- Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP FICO modules, encompassing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.

- Proven experience with SAP HANA, including an understanding of its architecture and capabilities for financial data processing and reporting.

- Strong grasp of core financial accounting principles, international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and financial reporting requirements.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating complex business needs into effective SAP solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to senior finance executives.

- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and present solutions clearly and concisely.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline from a reputable institution.

- Adaptability to work in dynamic project environments, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results under pressure.
