Education And Experience

- 8-14+ years of related work experience

- Professional qualifications such as CA, ICMA, CFA or MBA Finance or any Masters Degree with financial accounting as a key subject.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

- SAP S/4 HANA FICO Expertise: Deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in SAP S/4 FICO solutions, including configuration and implementation.

- Solution Design and Configuration: Experience with designing and configuring SAP S/4 HANA FICO solutions to meet client needs, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.

- Project experience in all applications of SAP S/4 HANA FICO including its integration with other modules is a must ie FI-MM, FI-SD and FI-PP.

- Experience or knowledge of SAP FSCM module including Treasury and Banking processes will be highly preferred.

- Proficiency in Financial Accounting and reporting concepts, Closing Cockpit, S/4 Migration Cockpit, Accounting Principles is a must.

- Must be up to date on latest S/4 Hana release on-premises.

- Ability to work in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

- Expertise of controlling related processes: CO-PA, Product costing, cost center accounting, cost object controlling, Profitability analysis(Margin Analysis).

- Significant hands on experience working on COPA enhancements user exits.

- In-depth knowledge of Product Costing.

- Participate in end-to-end implementations, migrations, and rollouts of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) Controlling (CO) Module.
