- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP C/4HANA / CX Functional Consultant to deliver cutting-edge digital Customer Experience (CX) solutions.

- This role involves configuring and integrating the SAP C/4HANA suite (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce) and supporting the full lead-to-cash process integration with SAP S/4HANA for clients across the European time zone.

Key Responsibilities & Implementation Deliverables:

- C/4HANA Configuration Mastery: Lead the end-to-end functional configuration and implementation of key SAP CX modules:

- Sales Cloud: Configure critical processes including territory management, opportunity management, sales quoting, and activity logging.

- Service Cloud: Configure service request management, ticketing, service level agreements (SLAs), and knowledge base integration.

- Integration & Data Flow: Manage the functional and technical aspects of lead-to-cash process integration between the C/4HANA suite and the core back-end system, SAP S/4HANA.

- Utilise and define requirements for integration technologies like IDOCs, OData, and various APIs.

- Customisation & Extension: Customise user interfaces by modifying Fiori applications and designing requirements for technical developers using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to build unique CX extensions.

- Analytics & Insights: Develop functional specifications for creating actionable dashboards and reports within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to provide real-time insights into sales, service, and customer performance.

- Marketing & Engagement: Support the integration or implementation processes related to SAP Emarsys or other Marketing Automation tools to enhance customer engagement and campaign management.

Key Requirements & Core Expertise

- SAP CX Experience (Mandatory): 4+ years of hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of SAP CRM or the SAP C/4HANA suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

- Integration Skills (Mandatory): Proven understanding of integration methodologies (IDOC, OData, REST/SOAP API) required to connect cloud and on-premise SAP landscapes.

- Technical Exposure (Preferred): Exposure to SAP Emarsys / Marketing Automation and the use of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for extensibility.

- Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing consultation, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively and independently in a remote, multi-cultural environment
