About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sales Strategy Consultant to drive Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives, support strategic sales planning, and enable business growth for one of the leading Consumer Durable companies in India. This role is designed exclusively for diversity candidates who bring strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute GTM strategies, including channel planning, customer segmentation, and market expansion initiatives.

- Analyze sales data, industry trends, and consumer insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to optimize product placement, pricing approaches, and promotional planning.

- Support annual business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews across regions.

- Identify gaps in execution and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.

- Work on sales transformation projects, including digital enablement, sales capability building, and process enhancements.

- Prepare business dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for senior leadership.

- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence for proactive strategy planning.

Key Skills & Competencies:


- Strong understanding of FMCG or Consumer Durables industry dynamics.

- Expertise in GTM frameworks, channel strategy, and sales operations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Eligibility Criteria:


- Experience: 2.5 - 5 years in Sales Strategy, GTM, Sales Planning, or Business Strategy roles.

- Background in FMCG or Consumer Durables mandatory.

- MBA from Tier-1 institute required.
