- Identify decision-makers in the hiring process
- Build and grow a client portfolio by usingcommercial information to identify organizations with current or future recruitment needs.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through business development calls, face-to-face meetings, referrals, and networking.
- Attend pitches and meetings with prospective clients, prioritizing leads with revenue potential.
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Network across your industry sector to ascertain market trends and growth areas.
- Establish commercial terms to maximize revenue generation for each assignment and convert potential clients to contracted clients.
- Provide ongoing advice on market conditions, business trends, and salary fluctuations.
- Understand how to provide a better service than competitors and generate repeat business
RECRUITMENT CONSULTING
- Understand client's job requirements through a job brief call and prepare / edit the job description for the role
- Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing tools, including our proprietary database, tools like LinkedIn and networking, referrals, and advertising.
- Present and market suitable candidates to clients, ensuring they meet their brief and business requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage, balancing excellent service with a positive commercial outcome.
- Set up interviews, give and receive feedback, identify potential problems, and negotiate contract terms for successful candidates.
- Maintain an accurate candidate database for effective candidate sourcing
- Interview candidates to gather valuable market information and provide advice on CVs and interview techniques.
- Follow up and ensure successful placements, supporting candidates as potential clients
