Position - Retail Digital

Role - Consultant

Education - MBA (Tier-1)

Location - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune & Gurgaon

Job Summary:

As part of Retail team, you will work on digital transformation programs for leading global retailers. The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on implementation to drive outcomes across e-commerce, loyalty, and customer/marketing analytics. You will partner with clients to design customer-centric digital strategies, translate them into actionable roadmaps, and ensure successful execution by working with cross-functional and technology teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead or support client engagements focused on retail digital transformation, spanning e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, and customer analytics.

- Conduct diagnostic assessments, workshops, and benchmarking to shape digital roadmaps.

- Collaborate with technology teams to implement solutions (e.g., SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, CDPs).

- Drive requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation to ensure alignment with client objectives.

- Manage data-driven marketing and analytics projects, enabling personalized campaigns, customer segmentation, and ROI measurement.

- Support business case development, operating model design, and transformation governance.

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership and asset development in retail digital.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have:

- Strong understanding of retail digital trends - omnichannel commerce, loyalty ecosystems, personalized marketing.

- Experience in consulting frameworks (business case creation, value tree, transformation roadmaps).

- Hands-on involvement in platform implementations (e-commerce, CRM, loyalty, analytics).

- Proficiency in working with cross-functional client teams across IT, marketing, and operations.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to retail data monetization, retail media networks, and Gen AI in customer engagement.

- Experience in program management, agile delivery, and design thinking workshops.
