What You'll Do:

- Business Development & Client Partnerships: Drive client acquisition by developing and executing a targeted BD strategy. Lead pitches, negotiate commercial terms, and build long-term relationships with marquee clients.

- Strategic Talent Advisory: Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, craft precise job descriptions, and deliver tailored talent solutions.

- Sourcing & Market Mapping: Identify top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals. Provide insights on hiring trends and competitive landscapes.

- Industry Networking & Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends by engaging with senior stakeholders and leveraging data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies.

- CRM & Execution Excellence: Keep recruitment pipelines organised, ensuring seamless execution and optimal talent placement.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience & Expertise: 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales, executive search, research, or talent advisory.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with a drive to build, scale, and innovate in a high-growth environment.

- Customer-Centric Approach: A strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Bias for Action: A results-driven professional with a track record of excellence in academics (Tier 1 MBA - IIM/ISB/XLRI/IIFT/MDI or Top Grad schools - IIT,NIT,Stephen's, SRCC, LSR, Hindu), performing arts, or sports.

- Passion for Talent Strategy: Enthusiastic about executive search, leadership hiring, and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
