Position: Consultant - Psychometric / Talent Assessments

Location: Chennai / Bangalore

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Consultant - Psychometric / Talent Assessments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and administering psychological assessments for individuals and organizations, contributing to organizational development, talent strategy, and leadership growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver psychological and psychometric assessments to support talent identification and development.

- Conduct assessments, interviews, and behavioral observations to gather data and provide expert recommendations.

- Offer insights and strategic guidance in areas such as organizational development, human resources, and leadership effectiveness.

- Engage with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, to understand client needs and provide tailored talent development solutions.

- Deliver high-quality assessments, including Assessment and Development Centers (ADCs), independently.

- Evaluate and select talent using structured assessments, interviews, and observation-based techniques.

- Contribute to internal capability building through training programs on interviewing, talent assessment, and succession planning.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Deep understanding of psychometrics and talent assessment methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

- Strong knowledge of psychology, behavior analysis, and organizational behavior.

- Effective communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with senior leadership.

- Experience in management consulting or talent advisory firms is preferred.

- Ability to function as a trusted advisor and provide solution-oriented consulting.

- Experience with designing and delivering Assessment Development Centers (ADCs) is essential.
