Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Leader (AVP/VP/Partner) located in Bengaluru at Purple Quarter.
- The role involves developing and executing business development strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end business development cycle as an IC, with a strong focus on client acquisition.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and other outbound prospecting strategies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Founders, and senior stakeholders in tech product companies.
- Develop tailored outreach strategies to effectively engage potential clients and communicate Purple Quarter's value proposition.
- Work closely with the internal Search, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align business opportunities with execution capabilities.
- Drive revenue growth by consistently converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Track outreach effectiveness, update CRM systems, and report weekly/monthly pipeline status.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions to align BD goals with company growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Proven experience in SAAS Sales is mandatory.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Experience in the Search or Consulting industry is a plus.
- A master's degree in Business Administration from a reputed institute is preferred.
