About the Role

The role is part of the Strategy practice of a leading global professional services firm, supporting US and international clients on pricing and revenue optimization engagements. The team works closely with CXO-level stakeholders to solve complex strategic problems using data-driven and analytics-led approaches across industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with senior stakeholders and client teams to design and implement pricing and revenue optimization strategies

- Conduct data-intensive analysis by understanding client systems and data structures to generate evidence-based insights

- Support proposal development and go-to-market initiatives

- Manage engagement workstreams including timelines, deliverables, and quality of outputs

- Develop client-ready presentations for senior leadership

- Leverage analytical tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Python, SQL, etc. to derive insights from large datasets

- Conduct primary and secondary research to support strategic decision-making

- Support implementation of pricing solutions and train client teams

- Contribute to internal knowledge building and thought leadership

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- MBA / B.Tech / B.E. from a premier institute (IIMs preferred)

Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in strategy, pricing, analytics, or management consulting roles

- Prior exposure to pricing strategy or revenue optimization preferred

Key Skills and Competencies

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen

- Understanding of pricing methodologies including value-based, cost-based, competitive, and dynamic pricing

- Experience with data analytics and modeling tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, SQL

- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes independently

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
