
Role Overview:
As an Analytics Consultant specializing in Patient Data Analytics within our HealthTech division, you will be at the forefront of transforming healthcare through data-driven insights.
Your day-to-day will involve analyzing complex patient datasets, developing predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including clinicians, product managers, and engineers.
You will work directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation in healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions using patient data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with clinicians and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and translate them into actionable analytics projects.
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to identify risk factors, predict patient outcomes, and optimize treatment plans.
- Evaluate and implement new data sources and technologies to enhance our analytics capabilities and improve data quality.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients, effectively communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques.
- Proven ability to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs).
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and data governance principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
