Consultant - Oracle Financial Consolidation & Cash Flow & Forecasting

Description :

- The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), financial planning and forecasting processes, cash flow modeling, and enterprise reporting.

- The role involves collaborating with finance, accounting, and technology stakeholders to design scalable financial solutions, optimize business processes, and support strategic decision-making.

- This position requires deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EPM applications, financial consolidation workflows, planning processes, and reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle FCCS solutions.

Configure and manage :

- Consolidation processes

- Intercompany eliminations

- Currency translation

- Financial close workflows

- Ownership management

- Develop and maintain FCCS business rules, metadata, calculations, and data mappings.

- Ensure system integrity, performance optimization, and data accuracy across financial applications.

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial consolidation activities.

- Design and implement cash flow forecasting and financial planning models.

- Cash flow projections

- Revenue forecasting

- Expense planning

- Collaborate with finance teams to streamline forecasting and reporting processes.

- Build driver-based financial planning and scenario modeling solutions.

- Support rolling forecasts and long-range planning initiatives.

- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.

- Support statutory and management reporting requirements.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency in consolidated financial reporting.

- Build automated reporting and analytics frameworks using Oracle EPM tools.

- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Integrate Oracle FCCS with ERP, GL, and other enterprise systems.

- Manage data loads, transformations, and reconciliations across financial systems.

- Support ETL processes and financial data integration activities.

- Ensure data governance, validation, and audit compliance.

- Work closely with finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, and IT teams.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing production support.

- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution activities.

- Participate in process improvement and system optimization initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors/master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 610+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations and financial systems consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FCCS.

- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and cash flow management processes
