Role Overview:

As a part of our growth journey, we are looking to expand our team across industries and functions. You will work closely with the leadership team to expand the network within CXO/Founder community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Solutions & Leadership Hiring: Advise clients on the best talent acquisition strategies, best candidates and solutions tailored to their specific technology requirements.

- Industry Networking & Market Intelligence: Continuously stay ahead of market trends and latest hiring practices by networking with senior stakeholders.

- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a targeted BD strategy to expand our client base, leveraging market insights and commercial intelligence.

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Lead the charge in acquiring new clients by pitching, negotiating commercial terms, onboarding clients, and managing end-to-end relationships.

Key Qualifications:

- We are looking for a professional with 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales/consulting post Tier 1 MBA/International Masters with a strong track record of success in academics or extracurricular or relevant Executive Search experience with a strong track record of commercial success.

- Prior Consulting/B2B Sales experience in any of the relevant industries (e.g., Technology, Consumer, Internet, HR etc.) along with an interest in joining the executive search industry.
