Pharma Forecasting Consultant/Manager - Immediate Joiner - Remote option Available

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Pharma Forecasting Consultant in a client-facing role to work directly with a U.S. based top 10 pharma client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain Excel-based forecasting models for pipeline and in-market pharma products across TAs and geographies

2. Apply the full spectrum of forecasting methodologies - epidemiology-based, analogue, patient-flow - selecting the right approach per product stage

3. Conduct market analysis including patient sizing, treatment landscape, competitive intelligence and market share dynamics

4. Engage directly with clients to translate business questions into forecast scopes and ensure deliverables are decision-grade

5. Lead stakeholder alignment sessions with commercial, medical affairs, market access and finance to validate assumptions

6. Build scenario and sensitivity analyses (base / optimistic / pessimistic) to communicate forecast uncertainty and support leadership decisions

7. Design and deliver executive-quality PowerPoint presentations that translate complex models into clear strategic narratives

8. Integrate syndicated data sources (IQVIA, GlobalData, EvaluatePharma) with primary research to build evidence-based assumptions

9. Track forecast-vs-actual performance, investigate variances and feed learnings back into continuous model improvement

Skills and Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of total experience in pharma analytics

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in pharma forecasting

- Experience with vaccine forecasting is a plus

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are must
