Job Summary:

Process Excellence leads Finance & Accounting transformation engagements across OTC, PTP, RTR, Fixed Assets, and Product Costing. Partners with senior stakeholders to design future-state processes and AI-enabled operating models, leads transition workstreams, and bridges Finance SMEs with AI/data and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end process excellence workstreams - As-Is process mapping (L1-L4), maturity assessments, gap analysis, and To-Be design across RTR, PTP, OTC, Fixed Assets, and Product Costing with AI enabled process flows

- Strong Finance process transformation with AI use case identification & design across OTC / PTP / RTR (incl. Fixed Assets & Product Costing); prioritize interventions with measurable impact

- Design future-state operating models for GBS / Shared Services - org structure, process scope, SLA frameworks, and governance mechanisms

- Agentic AI Design & Delivery: hands-on designing and deploying Agentic / GenAI-powered solutions; work in design/development pods with FDEs, AI/data engineers, and automation specialists

- Finance AI Solution Architecting: translate Finance process requirements into functional specs for development teams; bridge Finance SMEs and technical developers

- AI Fluency: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain / AutoGen; evaluate AI model outputs for Finance use cases; identify fit-for-purpose AI approaches by process

- Automation & Integration design exposure: map integration touchpoints, assess API-based workflow automation opportunities, and contribute to value case development

- Leverage Low-Code / No-Code platforms in Finance AI programme design phases; understanding of API middleware (MuleSoft / Azure Integration Services) architectures

- Drive business case development - quantify efficiency gains, FTE rationalization, cycle time improvement, and cost savings across process redesign and AI interventions

- Manage project teams (3-6 members); coach junior consultants, ensure delivery quality, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle

- Contribute to practice asset development - process frameworks, AI use case playbooks, transition templates, and proposal content

Professional & Technical Skills:

CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / Bachelors in Data Science

Good to have skills:

- Multi-agent orchestration (CrewAI / LangGraph / AutoGen)

- SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Finance module knowledge

- Process Mining (Celonis / Signavio); Power BI / Tableau for Finance analytics

- Exposure to 1 or more Enabling Tech Tools

- SOX / IFRS / GAAP controls awareness

- Tower-level Finance expertise: 2+ towers preferred (OTC, PTP, RTR)
