Consultant - Loan Portfolio Valuation (2-6 yrs)

Job Description :

- Execute valuations of financial assets and liabilities across the financial services sector, including banking, specialty lending, insurance, fintech, and asset management.

- Perform valuations of loan portfolios such as Commercial Real Estate (CRE), residential mortgages, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loans, construction loans, auto loans, consumer loans, and specialty finance products.

- Develop detailed cash flow models incorporating credit loss, prepayment, and discount rate assumptions.

- Analyze large loan-level datasets, servicing records, and portfolio performance data to derive valuation insights.

- Support fair value measurements for financial reporting, portfolio acquisitions/divestitures, transaction support, and risk management initiatives.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders and support cross-functional project delivery.

Qualifications :

Education - CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)

Experience :

- 2 - 4 years of experience in financial advisory, valuation, or related finance functions.

- Experience in financial services sectors such as banking, insurance, fintech, specialty lending, or asset management.

- Strong exposure to loan portfolio analytics, cash flow modeling, and valuation methodologies.
