Consultant - Legal & IT Compliance

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide consulting support for Legal and IT Compliance requirements.

- Work on SAP-related compliance and regulatory reporting activities.

- Support compliance with SCT and CSRD regulatory requirements.

- Manage and support EHRS reporting and related compliance requirements.

- Interpret and implement detailed disclosure requirements within relevant SAP compliance processes.

- Collaborate with business, IT, legal, and compliance stakeholders to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into system and reporting requirements.

- Support documentation, reporting, and compliance-related deliverables as per applicable regulations.

- Ensure compliance processes and reporting are aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of Legal and IT Compliance processes.

- Hands-on knowledge of SAP SCT.

- Good understanding of CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) regulatory requirements.

- Experience with EHRS reporting.

- Strong knowledge of detailed disclosure requirements and regulatory reporting.

- Ability to work with cross-functional business, IT, legal, and compliance teams.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
