Consultant - Learning & Development

Role Overview:

Our client is a looking an experienced and results-driven Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to join our team in Chennai. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive L&D solutions aligned with client organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deliver impactful L&D programs tailored to client needs.

- Develop and execute L&D strategies aligned with clients' organizational goals.

- Build frameworks for succession planning and leadership development.

- Engage closely with client decision-makers to understand business challenges and offer customized learning solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Develop the next generation of leaders through targeted interventions.

- Facilitate workshops on strategic thinking, decision-making, and people management.

- Manage end-to-end L&D program execution, including budgeting, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and compliance.

- Lead initiatives across talent development, talent management, and behavioral upskilling.

- Oversee program and project management activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate or MBA (preferred)

- Proven experience as an L&D professional

- Prior experience in management consulting firms or OD/training firms

- Exposure to psychometric tools and assessment methodologies is an advantage
