What You'll Do:

- Build relationships with CXOs, founders and senior industry leaders.

- Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition.

- Lead client conversations, commercial negotiations and relationship management.

- Develop market intelligence and expand networks across industries.

Who Should Apply:

- 1 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting or executive search.

- Tier 1 MBA / International Master's or relevant executive search experience with a strong commercial track record.

- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.

- A commercial mindset, entrepreneurial drive and an interest in leadership hiring.
